Contact the AviatorGame desk
How to reach the desk
You can write to the AviatorGame desk by e-mail at [email protected]. It is the only contact channel we use. We have no phone line, no chat window and no social media inbox that answers in our name.
Please write in English and give us enough detail to understand your message. If you are pointing to an error, tell us which page it is on and quote the sentence. A short message with a clear question gets a faster and better answer.
What we can answer
The desk is an editorial team, so we answer questions about our content. We read every message, even when we cannot reply to each one in full.
- A fact on a page that looks wrong or out of date, such as a studio name, a release date or a game feature.
- A sentence that is unclear, for example about how a multiplier grows or what RTP means over many rounds.
- A question about how the site works, how it is funded or how we choose what to publish.
- A suggestion for a topic or a game rule you would like us to explain.
- A concern about an offer shown behind one of our "Play" buttons.
When a correction is confirmed, we update the page and its date. We do not always reply to say so, but the change will be visible on the site.
What we cannot do
AviatorGame is not an operator. We do not hold accounts, we cannot see your balance and we have no access to any operator's systems. That means some problems can only be solved by the operator where you play.
- Account issues: login failures, password resets, blocked accounts or verification documents.
- Deposits that have not arrived, whether you used telebirr, CBE Birr, M-Pesa Ethiopia, AwashBirr or a bank transfer.
- Withdrawals that are pending, refused or delayed.
- Disputes about a round, a bet result or a bonus condition.
For all of these, contact the support team of the operator directly and keep your receipts and transaction references. A serious operator shows its licence, its terms and its support contacts clearly on its own site. Never send your password, PIN or verification code to anyone who writes to you, including someone who claims to work for us.
Reply times
We usually reply within a few days. Messages about errors on a page come first, because a wrong fact can mislead other readers. Questions that need research with a studio's rules may take a little longer.
We do not answer requests to share "winning patterns", predictor apps or signal groups. No tool can forecast the result of a random or provably fair round, and we will not help spread them.
If you need support with your play
If you are writing because play has started to worry you, you do not need to wait for our reply. Our page on playing responsibly and setting limits explains the warning signs, budget and time limits and the self-exclusion tools that operators offer. Talking to someone close to you is also a good first step.
For a general view of the games we cover, you can return to our crash games overview for Ethiopia at any time. It compares the six games we follow and links to each full guide.
